#How much does FitGymSoftware cost?
The homepage FAQ (checked 2 Nov 2026) lists half-yearly at ₹6,999, annual at ₹11,999 and two-year at ₹19,999, each "+ taxes". The pricing page FAQ (checked 2 Nov 2026) says the basic 3-month plan starts at Rs.3,999. The pricing page itself shows tiers named Basic, Premium, Premium + and Enterprise, with feature lists and no visible tier prices.
The two pages also describe the product differently. The homepage FAQ says all features are available in all three plans. The pricing page splits features across tiers: biometric integration, branded mobile app, payment gateway and multi-branch portal sit in the higher ones. Per-branch price, payment fees, setup fees and hardware cost are not published.

#What Helmr is building
Helmr is building one gym app for the owner, front desk and coach. It plans to cover billing with GST invoices, PT commission per delivered session, payroll, QR kiosk check-in, and biometric attendance through ESSL and ZKTeco devices with a bridge, where templates stay on the device and QR is always the alternative. It will take enquiries through a lead webhook. For gyms with more than one location it plans a business, brand and branch structure with a GSTIN and payment account per branch.
