#How much does GymShim cost?
GymShim does not publish a price. The homepage (checked 2 Nov 2026) sends you to a demo form marked "Free - no card required", and a "Business Booster" plans section on the GOS page carries no plan names or amounts. Free plan, member caps, per-branch price, payment fees and setup fees are all not published.
That matters because you cannot compare a number you cannot see. Before a demo, ask for the full price in writing: the monthly or yearly fee, the fee on each member payment, the cost of a second branch, and what happens to the price at renewal. #What Helmr is building
Helmr is building one gym app for the owner, front desk and coach. It plans to cover billing with GST invoices, PT commission per delivered session, payroll, QR kiosk check-in, and biometric attendance through ESSL and ZKTeco devices with a bridge, where templates stay on the device and QR is always the alternative. It will take enquiries through a lead webhook. For gyms with more than one location it plans a business, brand and branch structure with a GSTIN and payment account per branch.
